Sunwashed Residence is a refined, light-washed renovation designed to bring serenity and gentle modern luxury to a family home in sunny Miami.
Our goal was to soften the existing architecture with curved forms, sculpted millwork, natural stone, and an airy coastal palette — all while preserving the bright, effortless indoor–outdoor living that Florida homes are known for.

The result is a family space that feels soothing, contemporary, and quietly elevated — the perfect blend of Florida ease and high-end minimalism.
