About This Project
At Bronzed Horizon, our clients dreamt of transforming an outdated, enclosed kitchen into a warm, modern space that finally matched the magic of their Burleigh Heads ocean views. The original kitchen was compact, boxed-in and completely closed off from the living area — a layout that no longer suited contemporary coastal living or the way the owners wanted to enjoy their home.

This Hamptons-inspired redesign was created to help buyers see the full potential of a property that had been sitting on the market for over a year with no offers. Although the home was in a desirable Fort Lauderdale location, its dark, enclosed layout was stopping buyers from imagining how the space could truly live.
Our role was to re-envision the interiors through three complete design options — each tailored to different lifestyle needs, family sizes, and renovation budgets. From open-plan family living to a more traditional Hamptons layout, every concept showcased how natural light, improved flow, and thoughtful joinery could completely transform the home.
Across all options, the common thread was brightness, coastal warmth, and that signature Hamptons elegance: shaker cabinetry, generous kitchen islands, white stone, pale timber flooring, and subtle brass details. The master suite received a full reimagining with a walk-in wardrobe and a serene ensuite featuring coastal textures and soft lighting.
These visual concepts helped potential buyers finally see the value and possibility in the home — proving how powerful design can be in shaping decisions, especially when a space needs a new story.
